1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Prize Spot website (prizespot.uk) and all competition entries made through our platform. By using our website and entering competitions, you agree to be bound by these terms. Prize Spot is operated by Prize Spot Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to enter any competition on Prize Spot. Entries from individuals under 18 will be void. You must be a resident of the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to verify your age and identity before awarding any prize. Employees of Prize Spot Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Entry
All ticket prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged. Each competition has a maximum ticket allocation per person. Exceeding this limit will result in the additional tickets being voided and refunded. The number of tickets available and the draw date are clearly displayed on each competition page.
4. Draw Process
Winners are selected using a certified random number generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and verified. Draws take place at the advertised time or when all tickets are sold, whichever comes first. If a competition does not sell out, the draw will still take place at the scheduled time. All draw results are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Prize Delivery
Winners will be contacted within 24 hours of the draw via the email address registered on their account. Cash prizes are transferred via bank transfer within 5 working days. Physical prizes are delivered to the winner's registered address within 14 working days. Holiday prizes are arranged through our travel partners and are subject to availability.
6. Free Entry
In accordance with UK law, a free entry route is available for all competitions. Details of the free entry process are available on our Free Entry page. Free entries have exactly the same chance of winning as paid entries.
7. Responsible Gaming

8. Data Protection

Prize Spot Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in competitions. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of tickets you have purchased in the relevant competition.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
